PT Home Health
Overview
- Role: PT Home Health
- Location: Dunedin, Florida
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
- Hours: 40 per week
- Contract length: 20 weeks
- Locals: Accepted at the same rate
Setting and patient population
- Home health / home skilled visits
- Patients include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neuro, ortho, and oncology populations
- Typical caseload is 6–8 visits per day, with a minimum of 6 points per day at manager discretion
- Self-scheduled based on the needs of the HomeCare office
- Every 3rd weekend is required
Required qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
- Car for home visits
- COVID vaccination or exemption on file
- Flu shot or declination, with mandatory mask wearing in either case

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
