Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in North Carolina
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic
Additional Requirements
- Bi-weekly orientations
- Unit-specific competency exam required
- 2 professional references, with at least 1 supervisor reference, from employment within 12 months of start
- Employment application with 7 years of work history
- Skills checklist, updated annually
- Negative TB or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- TB questionnaire, updated annually
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine every 10 years
- Flu vaccination/documentation required for the 2026-27 season
- Polio vaccine or attestation
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
- Negative 10-panel drug test with THC within 30 days of start
- Background check within 90 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM within 90 days of start
- HHS/OIG within 90 days of start
- OFAC search within 30 days of start
- Pass/fail testing at orientation
- Guest account setup required before clearance
- Education verification required for all candidates in this profession
- Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing
- State license verification where applicable
- Drivers license or government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card if used for I-9
- E-Verify or attestation required internally
