Operating Room RN
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Olney, Maryland
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, with flexible start times of 6:45–15:15 or 10:45–19:15
- Weekly orientation on Monday
- ASAP preferred; start dates listed: 9/28 or 10/5
- Locals within 60 miles are accepted at a lower rate
- Scrubs provided
- On-call shifts may be assigned, up to 5 per 6-week schedule
- A 12-hour buddy call orientation shift is required within the first 2 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of General Surgery experience
Preferred
- ASAP start preferred
Additional Notes
- On-call shifts are 7:00–19:00 or 19:00–7:00
- The role includes a 12-hour buddy call orientation shift within the first 2 weeks of the contract
