RN Circulator - Operating room

Overview

13-week assignment
Cedar Park, Texas
On-call obligation is required

Role Summary

Experienced RN Circulator supporting the surgical team
Coordinates patient care throughout the surgical process
Prepares the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies
Verifies patient identity and procedure
Maintains a safe and sterile environment
Monitors the patient during surgery
Documents care and advocates for patient safety

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Procedural Area setting
Driver's License
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
