Description
- BLS
- ACLS
- General job duties including pre (admission), post (discharge), and PACU RN care.
- Responsible for coordination of care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various interventions.
- Requires excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize/triage patient needs.
- Occasionally works in emergent patient care situations requiring critical thinking and prompt assessment skills.
- Utilizes the professional nursing process to provide individualized nursing care across age continuum in an ambulatory setting.
- Must have working knowledge of electronic medical records and abide by healthcare agency's policies.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- MN RN license with Minnesota background check and fingerprinting required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in PACU/PreOp and Circulating.
- Day shift, hours of operation 6am-6pm.
- Daily shift averages 6-10 hours.
- No weekends, no nights, no call, no holidays.
- Role will be in Pre/Post/PACU.
- Training and orientation will accommodate individual history and needs.
- MN state RN license required.
- Agency SNSA: Proof of registration with the state of MN to staff in MN is required.
- BLS must be AHA certified.
- ACLS must be AHA certified.
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in PACU/PreOp and Circulating required.
- Experience with Pre (admission) and Post (discharge) is necessary.
