Description
OT Outpatient
Role Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Plains, Montana
- Start date: 11/16
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00–18:30
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend requirement: every 3rd weekend
- First-time travelers accepted
- Locals accepted
- RTO limit: 6 days maximum
- On-call not required
- Pending state license accepted if an ETA from licensing is provided
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Montana
- Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- 7-year background check required within 1 year of start, including all name changes
- EPLS/GSA/SAM required annually
- HHS/OIG required annually
- State license verification
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
- Competency Exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- N95 fit test within 12 months of start
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Rubeola (Measles) documentation
- Mumps documentation
- Rubella documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Varicella documentation
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- Skills Checklist 1 required annually
