Schedule

• Day shift
• 4x10 hours
• 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Role Overview

• Operating Room RN
• Travelers are expected to work as needed by the unit
• Special scheduling requests and blocked scheduling cannot be approved

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients
• Proficiency with DaVinci xi robot (must function independently with no need for refresher training)
• Proficiency with DaVinci DV5 robot
• Ability to function independently in Robotics specialty
• Ability to function independently in ENT specialty
• Orthopedics experience
• Urology experience
• Bariatric experience
• ENT Surgery experience
• Plastic Surgery experience
• Must be able to work 2 of 3 upcoming major holidays, or 1 of 2 holidays if the contract overlaps only 2 of the listed holiday periods
• 2-3 calls within a 6-week matrix, with a 30-minute response time
• 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix
• Maximum 7 days of RTO
• Could care for COVID patients

Preferred

• RNs who scrub and circulate
• Familiarity with the DV5 Davinci robot
• Level II trauma experience or higher
