Pharmacist Inpatient
Overview
- Specialty: Pharmacy

- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 7:00–15:30
- Hours per week: 40
- Length: 8 weeks
- On call: Required; 7 days on / 7 days off, with weekday call from 3:30 pm to 7:00 am and every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hospital Pharmacist license in Kentucky
- Hospital Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
- Hospital Pharmacist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred
- Cerner experience
- Chemo/Hazardout Drug
- IV Cert
- PharmD
