Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Experience in a(n) Home Health setting
Driver's License

OASIS and start of care experience

Role Details

Evaluates patient needs, establishes goals, and develops and implements individualized physical therapy plans
Provides age-appropriate care from pediatric to geriatric patients
Assesses, plans, treats, evaluates, and implements a plan of care
Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and staff
Completes documentation in the electronic medical record
Transfers and positions patients

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
