Overview

Contract role in Meeker, Colorado
Days shift, 8am-5pm
40 hours per week
13-week contract

Schedule

Mostly Monday through Friday, 5-8s or 4-10s
Occasional Saturday work if orthopedic surgery is on Friday

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Additional Information

Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility; local travelers will not be considered
Housing information is available in the facility group document section in Medefis; housing is not available until the day before the scheduled start date and is at additional cost

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
