Operating Room Registered Nurse
Overview
- Temp assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire
- 13-week contract
- Day shift, 10 hours per day
- Traveler must have their own transportation / vehicle
- Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Orthopedics experience
- Neurosurgery experience
- Experience with Epic

- Current skills checklist for OR scrub, current to 1 year
- Current skills checklist for OR circulate, current to 1 year
- 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
- Perm address must be included in profile
- Any requested time off must be included in profile at submission
Scheduling / Assignment Notes
- Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
- Travelers may not take all holidays off
- Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed:
- Thanksgiving Day, Friday after, and weekend after
- Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after
- New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after
- Scheduling requests made after submission will not be approved
- Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
- Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
- Call-back and OT multipliers: 1.25%
- Call: $4/hour

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
