Description

PT Acute Care Hospital

Role overview

Travel/contract PT in acute care.
The role requires working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and traveling between two hospitals about 23 miles apart.
Schedule: 4x10 days, Monday through Thursday, 7:20 AM to 5:50 PM.
Expected patient ratio: 1:5-10.
May float between units based on unit needs.

Required qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
Driver's License

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
