PT Home Health
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Aiken, South Carolina
- Home health services covering Barnwell, Aiken, and Edgefield counties
- Adults to geriatrics
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
- 40 hours per week
- Locals accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in a(n) Home Health setting
Preferred
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience
Work Setting and Schedule
- Average daily census: 175
- About 6 visits per day
- Full-time productivity is around 25 units
- No weekends
- Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
- Maximum RTO: 7 days
Additional Notes
- Mileage is paid at the IRS standard rate
- If the clinician does not have HCHB experience, an online HCHB course is required before starting, at the traveler’s upfront cost
- Full compliance is required to start on time
- One major holiday must be worked if it falls during the assignment; two major holidays require working both; three major holidays require working two
