- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Contract Length

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited ultrasound technology program or equivalent
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of ultrasound technologist experience
- Valid Ultrasound Technologist license in New Mexico
- DMS by MIRTP NMED
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (S) or ARDMS (AB) or ARDMS (OB/GYN)
Preferred Qualifications
- One of the following:
- Vascular Sonography (VS) by ARRT
- Breast Sonography (BS) by ARRT
- Breast (BR) RDMS by ARDMS
- Adult Echocardiography (AE) RDCS by ARDMS
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by ARDMS
Assignment Details
- Floating required
- Performs routine and advanced imaging procedures
- Supports other imaging technologists as needed
- Must be able to handle movement, set-up, and operation of medical ultrasound equipment
- May work at other campuses as needed or required
- PACS responsibilities include scanning and storing completed exams correctly, following downtime procedures, and escalating issues as needed
- Troubleshoots basic maintenance and reports equipment malfunctions
- Participates in QA and ongoing education within scope of licensure
