Description

PT I Home Health

Overview

Travel/contract PT Home Health role in Camden, South Carolina.
13-week assignment.
Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Home health setting with patient visits in homes; periodic office meetings.
Average 5–6 patients per day.
Start of Care and Follow Up visits.
May be asked to float to a nearby clinic if census is low.
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
One completed travel assignment.
BLS.
Experience working with Adult patients.
Experience in a Home Health setting.
Driver's License.
Experience with Homecare Homebase.

Preferred / Scheduling Notes

Weekend schedule varies by location and profession.
On-call requirements vary by job/location.
Some positions in the western territory may use a Baylor schedule of 4x10s Friday through Monday; most are standard 5x8s Monday through Friday.

Report location: Camden, South Carolina.
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
