Clinical Hospital Pharmacist
Overview
- Contract assignment in Zanesville, Ohio
- 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Varied shifts, with a typical shift of 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- Must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in Ohio
- Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
- Pharmacokinetic dosing experience, specifically vancomycin
- Warfarin management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient
