Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Brownwood, Texas
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
- 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in an Outpatient setting
- Government issued photo ID
- E-Verify or attestation
- Background check
- 7-year background check within 1 year of start; update annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
- Education verification at highest level
- Texas DADS Employability Status Check within 30 days of start
- Texas Employee Misconduct Registry check within 30 days of start
- State license verification within 30 days of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
- Negative TB or chest X-ray, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
- Rubeola (Measles), completed within 72 hours of signing contract
- Mumps, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
- Rubella, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
- Hepatitis B, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
- Varicella, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
- Drug testing plan in place within 72 hours of signing contract
- Negative 10-panel drug screen with THC within 10 business days prior to start date
- 2 references within 3 years of start

Facility Requirements
- Orientation modules required; estimated 3–4 hours
- Parking available for orientation and employment parking after orientation, no fee
- Fit test required annually; onsite option available at additional cost
- TB questionnaire required for all candidates regardless of TB status
- Flu vaccine or exemption required for the 2026–27 season
- Candidate must review/sign facility documents prior to start
- Candidate must complete traveler orientation
- Candidate must complete traveler identification form prior to start
