MICU RN
Overview
- Travel RN float pool position
- Specialty: MICU
- Floor: Float Pool
- Shift: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 48
- Weekend requirement: 75% weekends required
- Call: no
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maine
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Must be willing to float to multiple different units
- Float scope includes Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU, and any IMC at the organization
Patient Care / Unit Details
- Patient ratios: 1:2, with 1:3 in IMC
- Unit patient population includes basic ICU patients such as sedated, intubated, and pressor patients
- Does not include high complexity patients such as CRRT
Preferred
- 3 years of ICU experience
Additional Notes
- Bed count varies by unit
- EPIC is used
