• Patient population: Adults to Geriatrics
• General work setting: Home Health PT with Geriatrics, Strokes, and Orthopedics

Schedule

• Day shift, 5x8 hours
• 8:00 to 16:30
• 40 hours per week
• No weekends
• RTO maximum: 7 days
• Floating: within facility/scope of practice as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Georgia
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred

• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience highly preferred

Workload

• About 7 visits
• Full-time productivity is around 25 units

Additional Notes

• Mileage is paid at the IRS standard rate
• Locals accepted at the same rate
• If HCHB experience is not present, an online HCHB course is required before start and costs $250 paid upfront by the traveler
• One major holiday must be worked if it falls during the assignment; two major holidays must be worked if both fall during the assignment; if three major holidays fall during the assignment, two must be worked
