Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Columbus, Ohio.
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30.
• 36 hours per week.
• 13-week contract.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio.
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year.
• 1 year of PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license verification required within 30 days of start.
• NURSYS verification required for RNs.
• Graduate of an accredited college of nursing.
• Emergency Contact Form required.
• Employment Application required.
• Skills Checklist 1 required.
• 2 professional references required, with at least 1 from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity.
• Ohio State - Variable Schedule Attestation for OR is required for all OR employees, including RN, OR Techs, and CST / Surgical Techs, at the listed facilities.
• Ohio State – Proof of Fingerprint Completion is required for APN candidates only.
• Ohio State - Background Acknowledgement is required for sub candidates only.
• Ohio State (Travel) – Confidential Fraud Waste Abuse and Compliance Reporting Mechanism Form is required.
• Ohio State (Travel) - Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Training Certificate is required prior to start and updated annually.
• Ohio State – Ethics and Compliance Policies must be reviewed and signed annually for new contracts signed 11/7/24 and beyond.
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually.
• Unit-Specific Competency Exam required.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required for Aya RN/LVN candidates prior to start.
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam required for all RNs within 1 year of start and updated annually, unless the position is fully remote or otherwise excluded by the source.
• BLS required.
• ACLS required for the listed units in the source.
• State License 1 Verification required within 30 days of start.
• Physical Exam required within 1 year of start unless fully remote.
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap required unless fully remote.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required unless fully remote.
• TB Questionnaire required annually for non-remote candidates.
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation required unless fully remote.
• Drug Testing required within 3 months of start.
• Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season unless fully remote.
• COVID is not required, but recommended.
