Labor and Delivery RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Brownwood, Texas
- Day shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:00
- Start date within the next 3–5 weeks
- 13-week contract
- May consider 36 hours/week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 references within 3 years of start
- Copy of resume/application
- Skills checklist
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify or attestation
- Background check
- 7-year background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG within 30 days of start

Additional Notes
- Modules are required during orientation and take roughly 3–4 hours
- Parking is available for orientation and employment parking after orientation at no fee
- Fit testing can be completed onsite for $15 cash
- Drug screening is mandatory on arrival and a positive result is an automatic cancellation
- NRP advanced provider status may matter if applicable
- NIH Stroke Certification is updated annually if applicable
