Cath Lab Tech

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Seattle, Washington
• Dual Cath/IR role
• Start date: ASAP
• 13-week contract
• Day shift, 4x10s
• Variable start time between 0700 and 1100
• Weekend work required
• On-call required: 4-5 call shifts per month, including 1 night of call per week and 1 weekend a month
• First-timers accepted
• Locals accepted
• Pending state license accepted
• RTO restriction: no more than 6 days
• Guaranteed hours may be reduced by 1 shift per every 2-week pay period
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs
• Does not float to sister facilities
• Open to some weeks covering 8- or 10-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
• Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT
• Experience with Epic
• WA WATCH search required
• 2 references required
• Background check required
• Drug screen required for Aya candidates
• Fit test required within 12 months of start
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
• COVID vaccination or declination required for tracking purposes

Clinical Focus

• Daily caseload includes 4 Angio Suites and 2 ORs
• Neuro interventions such as stroke, coils, AVMs, and diagnostic cerebrals
• Cardiac cases including STEMI and PCI, plus diagnostic cases
• Vascular cases including run offs, TEVAR, and EVAR
• Body cases including CVC, drains, and embolizations
