Interventional Radiology

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Seattle, Washington.
• Dual Cath/IR assignment.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Shift: 4x10s on variable days, including weekends, with variable start times between 0700 and 1100.
• Some weeks may require 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Daily caseload: 4 Angio Suites and 2 ORs.
• First-timers accepted.
• Locals accepted.
• Pending state license accepted.
• Weekend work required.
• On-call required: 4-5 call shifts per month, including 1 night of call per week and 1 weekend a month.
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs.
• No floating to sister facilities.
• Block scheduling not accommodated.
• RTO restriction: no more than 6 days.
• Guaranteed hours may be reduced by 1 shift per every 2-week pay period.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Washington
• Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• None stated.

Clinical Focus

• Neuro interventions such as stroke, coils, AVMs, and all dx cerebrals.
• Cardiac STEMI and PCI, as well as dx.
• Vascular run offs, TEVAR, and EVAR.
• Body CVC, drains, and embos.

Facility Notes

• Magnet / Teaching / Level 1 Trauma setting.
• 500 staffed beds.
• Epic charting.
• Facility-provided scrub color.
• Onsite parking is available for a fee; offsite garage parking is also available for a fee.
