Telemetry
Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Belleville, Illinois
- 12-hour day shifts, 3x12 schedule
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Acute Care Hospital
- Magnet Hospital
- 40 staffed beds on the unit; 222 beds in the facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Cardiac drip management
- Sheath pulls
- Central line management
Preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
Schedule
- Every other weekend
- No on-call
- No block schedule
Float Scope
- May float within scope to all inpatient units at both campuses
Additional Notes
- Ratios: 1:5-6
- Local candidates are not accepted; 75-mile radius rule applies
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days
- EPIC charting required
- Navy scrubs
- Parking is free
