Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
• Competency Exam, as applicable to profession
• 2 Professional References within 3 years of start
• Skills Checklist 1, required annually
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation
• Negative 15-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu seasonal vaccination/documentation during flu season
• Pennsylvania - Child Abuse Search
• Pennsylvania - Department of Human Services Fingerprint Results
• Background Check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Emergency Contact Form prior to start
• Photo for badge
• Orientation Checklist prior to start
• Pandemic Attestation prior to start
• Code of Conduct prior to start
