Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Tampa, Florida
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 06:30-17:00
• Daily caseload per tech: 7-20
• On-call required as needed
• No weekend requirement
• No floating within scope to meet facility needs
• No floating to sister facilities
• No locals accepted
• No pending state license accepted
• No RTO in contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
• Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Strong experience with Stimming
• Balloon angioplasty experience
• PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) experience
• Stents experience
• Thrombectomy experience
• Impella insertion experience
• Rotablader experience
• Left heart catheterization experience
• Right heart catheterization experience
• Arrhythmia induction experience
• COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions accepted for medical or religious reasons
• Driver's License required and must remain active and current during the entire assignment
• Background check required within 1 year of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required
• HHS/OIG required
• Foreign Equivalency Evaluation required for education completed outside the USA or Puerto Rico
• Transcript or diploma required for education outside the US or Puerto Rico
• Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint results required before start
• Education verification required
• Primary source verification of license required
• Nursys verification required for RN's and LVN's
• Color Blind Testing Online required
• Competency Exam required as applicable
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required as applicable
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam required for Cath Lab
• BayCare Health MSP - AHCA Privacy Policy required
• BayCare Health MSP - AHCA Affidavit required
• Baycare Health MSP - AHCA Demographic Information Sheet required
• Photo for badge required prior to start
• BayCare Health MSP - Dress Code & Tobacco Policy required
• BayCare Health MSP - Account Registration & Modules required prior to start
• BayCare Health MSP - Fit Mask Acknowledgement required
• Physical Exam required within 6 months of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 10 weeks of start
• TB Questionnaire required for Aya only
• Rubeola (Measles) required
• Mumps required
• Rubella required
• Hepatitis B required
• Varicella required
• Standard 9 Panel drug test including THC required within 30 days
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation required
• COVID required
• RespSafety Clearance required if the candidate will use a respirator
• 2 references required from within the past 2 years
