Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Chicago, Illinois
- Night shift: 3x12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- No block scheduling
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month
- No call
- Locals accepted; locals are preferred
- Mileage radius for locals: 75 miles from the facility
- Pending license not accepted
- Mandatory float facility; resources may float mid-shift at facility discretion
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Charting: Cerner
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of experience in Med Surg
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Preferred
- Local candidates
- 2 years of experience for Medical Assistant roles is preferred in the source, but not applicable to this RN role
Schedule / Time Off
- RTO allowed up to 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive days
- No holiday RTO
- No RTO the day before or after a holiday
- No RTO on weekends
