Home Health RN
Overview
- Location: Aiken, South Carolina
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Primary setting: Office-based position
- Patient population: Adults to Geriatrics
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00–16:30
- Hours: 40 per week
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Local candidates: Accepted
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in South Carolina
- Home Health experience within the last year
- 2 years of Home Health experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience with Epic
Role Details
- Patient Care Manager for a Home Health office
- Manages dashboard review, orders, physician and clinician contact, new admissions, and may assist with scheduling
- May need to assist with visits outside the office
- Floating is within facility/scope of practice as needed
- Call may be required, possibly 1 per week
- Weekends as needed
- Maximum requested time off: 7 days
Systems / Documentation
- HCHB experience needed until 10/1/2026
- Epic experience needed after 10/1/2026
- If no HCHB experience, completion of an online HCHB course is required before start, at traveler upfront cost
Additional Notes
- Full compliance is required to start on time
- Clinical screening is case-by-case
- Mileage is paid at IRS standard rate and tracked through HCHB
