Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Tulsa, Oklahoma

• Shift: Day, 3x12 hours

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Experience with Epic

Clinical Experience / Unit Needs

• CRRT
• Cardiac and cardiac surgery
• CABG hemodynamic monitoring
• Respiratory failure and vent management
• DKA
• Altered mental status
• Manage multiple drips
• Central line setup and management
• ART line
• CVP
• Basic dysrhythmia training required

Compliance / Start Requirements

• Background check required within 30 days of start
• Copy of diploma or transcript required before start
• Unit-specific competency exam required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
• Drug test required within 30 days of start
• 2 references required before start
• Work history verification for the last 3 years
• Annual skills checklist required for the unit
• Must complete required onboarding modules before start
• Must commit to going into the lab within 48–72 hours of signing

RTO / Attendance

• No holiday RTO
• Maximum 5 total days of RTO in a 13-week assignment
• No additional RTO after submittal or while on contract
• Zero-fault attendance policy; missed scheduled shifts count as unexcused
