Cath Lab RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Lebanon, Pennsylvania
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Every third weekend
- Call is required as needed by the unit
- Holidays as needed
- RTO max 7 days
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Unit / Role Details
- Cath Lab role in the invasive cardiology department
- Department includes 3 procedural labs and a 12-bed prep and recovery area
- Cases include cath, EP, and peripheral vascular procedures
- The lab handles diagnostics through complex interventions, including STEMI and cardiac arrest treatment options such as Impella and ECMO
- EP procedures include cardioversions, implants, and ablations
- The department is growing into structural heart procedures
