Critical Care Float

Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Mount Vernon, Washington.
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• Weekends: every other weekend
• Call: not required
• Locals allowed: yes
• First-time travelers accepted: yes
• Block scheduling: willing to discuss during interview
• No RTO will be approved for holidays

Floating

• Will float to ICU and M/S

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Critical Care Float (1 year of experience)
• Critical Care Float experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Health Documents

• Tdap vaccine or signed declination
• TB clearance: QuantiFERON Gold or TSPOT within 12 months of start, 2 PPDs within 30 days of each other completed within 1 year of start, or chest X-ray within 12 months of start if positive TB
• TB questionnaire annually
• Measles: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
• Mumps: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
• Rubella: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
• Hepatitis B: 3 doses, positive titer, or signed declination
• Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer
• Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season; mask required if declining
