Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Stillwater, Oklahoma
• 13-week assignment
• 36 hours per week
• Evening shift: 3x12 hours, 15:00–03:00
• Coverage may be scheduled as 1p–1a or 3p–3a, depending on need

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Emergency Department experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify or attestation
• Background check completed before start and updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM
• HHS/OIG
• State license verification
• NURSYS verification, as applicable
• Competency exam, as applicable
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start
• Employment application
• Skills checklist
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Measles immunity or 2 vaccines
• Mumps immunity or 2 vaccines
• Rubella immunity or 2 vaccines
• Hepatitis B immunity, 3-dose vaccine series, or declination
• Varicella immunity or 2 vaccines
• 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
• Current COVID vaccination or COVID declination form
• Flu documentation or flu declination/exemption, as applicable
• Review and sign required orientation, confidentiality, and safety documents before start
• Photo for badge
• OKHCP form, if applicable
