Respiratory Therapist (RRT) — Nights

Overview

Temp Respiratory Therapist role in Berlin, New Hampshire
13-week contract
4x12-hour nights, Wednesday through Saturday
48 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in New Hampshire
Registered Respiratory Therapist (3 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NBRC
Experience in an Acute Care setting
High degree of proficiency working with ventilators
Experience with heated high flow nasal cannula (HHFNC) ventilation, BiPAP & CPAP experience

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel experience

Clinical Setting

Typical patient areas include ED, inpatient, and transport to a tertiary care center
Typical therapist-to-patient ratio is 1:5 or 6

Work Expectations

Dress code: scrubs in any color, no denim, closed-toe shoes
No perfume or cologne

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
