Special Procedures RN
Overview
- Location: Canton, Georgia
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Shift: 10-hour day
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Local candidates: No local candidates within 50 miles
Role Summary
- Registered Nurse in special procedures, serving patients in radiology and mostly providing IV sedation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Special Procedures experience within the last year
- 2 years of experience in Special Procedures
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- ED - Emergency Department experience
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
- Ability to provide IV sedation to patients
Preferred Qualifications
- Radiology RN experience
Holiday Requirement
- Must work 2 major holidays out of 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day
- Must also work 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve
