Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Newark, New Jersey
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:30–16:30
- 13-week assignment
- Auto offer
- Black scrubs
- 1st timer and local candidates are accepted
Role Summary
- Responsible for performing echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies
- Must be proficient in Pediatric Echocardiograms
- Must be able to work independently
Required Qualifications
- Echo Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Echo Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Proficiency in Pediatric Echocardiograms
- Pediatric Echocardiography experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ARDMS RDCS FE or CCI RCCS
- Fetal Echo experience
Scheduling Requirements
- Clinicians must work or provide on-call coverage for 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 winter holidays, as needed
- Winter holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
