• Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks, with up to 1 ten-hour shift call-off per 2 weeks

Required qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
