Labor and Delivery RN
Role
- Labor and Delivery RN

- Shift: Day or Night, 3x12 hours

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alaska
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- AWHONN Intermediate
- First timers accepted
- Pending license not accepted
- Locals not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Weekend availability required
- May float within scope to meet facility needs

Additional Details
- On-call not required
- Block scheduling not accommodated
- Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks
- Traveler may be called off for 1 twelve-hour shift per 2 weeks
- Scrub color: Any or Business Casual
- Charting system: Epic
- Parking is free
- Housing is provided during the assignment; housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments and are usually large enough for only the traveler
- Pets are not allowed
- Additional family members need approval
- Housing must be cleaned on departure or additional cleaning fees may apply

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
