Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Oregon
  • Labor and Delivery (3 years of experience)
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NRP
  • AWHONN
  • C-EFM
  • STABLE
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 5 years
  • BSN
  • National Cert in Lactation or Perinatal

Role Summary

  • Birth Center RN
  • Strong skills needed in management and care of postpartum, GYN, surgical or medical overflow patients
  • Manage and care for newborns, assist with breastfeeding and/or infant nutrition, and resuscitate neonates per NRP

Additional Notes

  • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
