Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum RN

Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Paramus, New Jersey.
• 13-week assignment.
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30.
• Every other weekend required.
• Locals are accepted within 75 miles of the facility at a reduced bill rate.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Post Partum experience with 2 years of experience.
• Post Partum experience within the last year.
• Level 1 nursery experience.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• NRP certification in hand.

Preferred

• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap is preferred, not required.

Other Important Notes

• BLS is required for all RNs.
• Pass/Fail testing is required for all RNs at this location except exempt specialties.
• Additional onsite medication testing is required for all RNs.
• Core competency testing is required for all candidates and must be updated annually.
• Unit-specific skills checklist is required.
• Two references are required, including one supervisory reference.
