SLP Inpatient Rehab

Overview

Positions available: 2
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekend scheduling: On-call rotation with other staff members

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Ohio
CCC
Unexpired government-issued photo ID
State license verification prior to facility start and upon expiration
National certification/verification prior to facility start and upon expiration, as applicable by profession and state
Competency exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
Skills checklist
2 professional references within 3 years of hire

Health and Compliance Requirements

Physical exam within the last 12 months of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
TB questionnaire for positive TB and in lieu of annual TB update
Drug screen within the last 12 months of start
Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
Flu seasonal vaccination/documentation for 2026–27
Background check within 1 year of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM required prior to facility start
HHS/OIG required prior to facility start
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement

Notes

BLS is required for clinical positions only, as applicable by specialty
ACLS and PALS are listed as applicable by specialty

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
