Overview
- Travel/contract role in Durham, North Carolina
- Targeted start date: 12/28/2026
- High volume clinic
- 13-week contract
- Day shift, 5x8 hours
- Schedule:
- Monday: 9:30am–6:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am–5:30pm
- Wednesday: 9:30am–6:00pm
- Thursday: 9:30am–6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–5:30pm
- First-timer candidates accepted
- Local candidates accepted
- Orientation is bi-weekly
- Scrub color: Hot Pink
Required Qualifications
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (R)
- ARRT (M)
- Mammography-specific documentation:
- 40 hours training in Mammography
- 25 supervised Mammograms
- 8 CEUs of initial training in 2D and 3D Mammography
- 15 CEUs in the last 2 years
- Documentation of 200 Mammograms in the last 12 months on letterhead from current healthcare facility, broken down by month

- Unit-specific competency exam required
- Pass/fail testing is required
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- TB questionnaire, updated annually
- Tdap or Td vaccine every 10 years
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, and polio immunization or acceptable documentation/attestation as stated in the source
- Seasonal flu vaccination/documentation required according to the stated flu-season deadlines
- 2 professional references required, with at least 1 supervisor reference
