ICU Registered Nurse

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
• 13-week assignment.
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30.
• 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year.
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience).
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• NIH Stroke Certification, updated annually.
• Physical exam within 1 year of start.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start.
• Rubeola (Measles): two vaccines or positive titer within 10 years.
• Mumps: two vaccines or positive titer within 10 years.
• Rubella: two vaccines or positive titer within 10 years.
• Hepatitis B: vaccine series, positive titer within 10 years, or signed declination.
• Varicella: two vaccines or positive titer within 10 years.
• Negative 15-panel drug screen within 30 days of start.
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start.
• Skills checklist annually.
• Pennsylvania - Child Abuse Search.
• Pennsylvania - Department of Human Services Fingerprint Results.
• Background check within 30 days of start.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start.
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start.
• Fingerprinting and related Pennsylvania clearances required before start.
• Emergency Contact Form prior to start.
• Photo for badge.
• Orientation Checklist prior to start.
• Pandemic Attestation prior to start.
• Code of Conduct prior to start.
• Confidentiality Agreement prior to start.
