- Weekend requirement: Every third weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Minnesota
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- RespSafety Clearance
- Primary Source Verification of license
- Background check
- Minnesota DHS NetStudy fingerprint clearance
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
- Competency Exam
- Skills Checklist 1
- Physical exam within 12 months prior to start
- Tdap
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B

Additional Job Details
- On-call: Not required
- RTO restriction: Ideally no more than 5 days
- Role note: RTs at the ED also do lab draws and nasopharyngeal swabbing, but this role can be done without those duties
- Role note: This role also arrives patients in triage on the night shift
