Overview

Travel assignment in Bridgeport, West Virginia
13-week contract
Start: ASAP
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 12-hour nights, weekends as scheduled
Hours per week: 36
4 10-hour days with call rotation

Required Qualifications

WV or Compact license
BLS
2+ years of experience in the OR
Experience in all areas of the OR
Copy of unexpired driver’s license required with submission

Preferred

Scrub experience
Experience with the DaVinci Robot

Assignment Details

Cross-train to Endo
Unit has 11 total rooms: 8 OR suites and 3 Endo suites
Cases include vascular, general, ortho, neuro, eyes, and ENT
Does not include open hearts
Equipment includes Baxter pumps, Phillips and Dynomap robots
Call schedule: one weeknight call every 4 weeks from 7p–7a, plus one weekend shift call on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday up to 24 hours per 3-month contract

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
