Overview

• Travel/contract role in Southlake, Texas
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• GI Lab (1 year of experience)
• GI Lab experience within the last year
• Experience with Epic
• Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
• E-Verify or attestation required
• 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
• Tdap required for all travelers
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
• Drug test within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Hepatitis B vaccination series and positive titer, or signed facility-specific declination form
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity by positive titer or documented vaccination series
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• MHS Job Description must be signed prior to start
• Non-Employee Internet Access Form must be completed prior to start
• NESF form must be completed prior to start
• Photo for badge required
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing required for all RNs
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required for all RNs
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam required for Endoscopy/GI Lab nursing units
• BLS required if applicable per unit job description
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIH Stroke Certification required if applicable per unit job description
