PT Home Health

Overview

Travel/contract assignment in Uniontown, Pennsylvania
Home care / home health setting
13-week assignment
Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Territory covers Uniontown and surrounding area
Average of 5–6 patients per day
Weekly productivity expectation: 30 points
About 50 miles per week of travel
May be floated to a nearby clinic if patient census is low
Reason for opening: retirement

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS
Experience in a Home Health or Inpatient Hospice setting
Driver's License
Experience with Homecare Homebase

HCHB used for documentation

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
