Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in a(n) Long Term Care or Rehabilitation setting
- Experience in Supervisor roles
Preferred Qualifications
- New grads are okay if they have Level II experience, not just Level I observation experience
Role Summary
- Screens, evaluates, and rehabilitates patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care
- Develops and adjusts plans of care, administers rehabilitation procedures, documents care, and provides discharge summaries
- Communicates with the care team, patients, families, and caregivers
- May supervise physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students
