IR Technologist
Location
- Fargo, North Dakota
Role Summary
- IR Technologist in an interventional radiology setting.
- Procedure-based assignment covering both hospitals in Fargo: Broadway and SMCF.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in North Dakota.
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience).
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- ARRT.
- Experience with strokes.
- Experience with MMAs.
- Experience with pipelines.
- Experience with coilings.
- Experience with vasospasms.
- Experience with EVD placement.
- Experience with AVMs.
- Experience with carotid stents.
- Experience with rhizotomy.
- Experience with vascular angiograms.
Preferred / Helpful Experience
- Competent in the following procedures:
- Strokes
- MMAs
- Pipelines
- Coilings
- Vasospasms
- EVD placement
- AVMs
- Carotid stents
- Rhizotomy
Schedule
- 10-hour or 8-hour shifts, starting between 6:30 and 5:30.
- Call is required.
- Every 3rd or 4th weekend, Friday 17:30 to Monday 07:00.
- Up to 3 call shifts during the week, 17:30 to 07:00.
Additional Details
- Scrubs provided: Ceil Blue.
- Orientation is 2 weeks; may end sooner if validated prior to the full orientation period.
- Must badge in and out at the facility.
- Candidate must be willing to float between the two hospitals in Fargo: Broadway and SMCF.
- Local rate applies to candidates living within 80 miles of the facility.
- If the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health, that must be noted in submission; if previously worked there, the end date must be at least 6 months before submission.
