Respiratory Therapist

Location

Bismarck, North Dakota

Schedule

12-hour shifts
Nights
Straight nights
Every other weekend and holiday
No on-call

Required Qualifications

ND license
ICU experience
Active ACLS, AHA required
Active BLS, AHA required
NBRC RRT or CRT

Preferred Qualifications

PALS
NRP
NICU, PICU, ICU experience

Other Important Details

Clinician must badge in and out at the facility
Gray scrubs
Does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles
If the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health, note it in the submission; if previously worked there, the end date must be 6 months prior to the submission date

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
