Physical Therapist

Overview

Contract role in St. Albans, Vermont
13-week contract
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
37 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Vermont
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Experience in Supervisory roles

Responsibilities

Actively monitors and adjusts patient visit schedules to meet productivity and patient needs
Communicates schedule changes to the scheduler and supervisor
Participates in in-service training programs
Maintains and enhances personal knowledge and promotes standards in physical therapy
Participates in marketing and promotion of rehab services
Works with QI staff to improve accuracy of clinical notes and OASIS documents
Transmits patient incident reports to QI Specialist as needed

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
